Get ready for a season of twinkling lights filled with holiday cheer – the most wonderful time of the year is finally here! On December 2nd, ASUS kicked off the festive season with its annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony in front of the Ligong building at ASUS headquarters.
This year’s tree, designed by the ASUS Design Center (ADC), takes on the theme: Tower of Hope. The design celebrates the power of teamwork, seizing opportunities, and making bold leaps in a rapidly changing world.
Adorned with snowflakes, the tree symbolizes a solid foundation, while concentric circles, representing the close-knit connections of our ASUS teams, converge upward to showcase the results of our collective efforts. The leaping reindeer embody vitality and the spirit of breakthroughs, and the upward-flowing lights convey hope and a drive for progress. Sustainability was also a key focus, with some ornaments reused from last year’s tree.
At the very top of the tree, the bold letter A for ASUS shines the brightest, symbolizing a collective leap to greater heights.
This year’s lighting ceremony was made even more special with a festive musical performance by the students of Zhuwei Elementary School, filling the air with Christmas cheer. Santa Claus also brought joy by handing out treats to ASUS colleagues.
