ASUS Statement on ITC Initial Determination in Investigation No. 337-TA-1454

A notice of an Initial Determination has been issued by the Administrative Law Judge of the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in Investigation No. 337-TA-1454, regarding a complaint filed by Estelgia, LLC.

The present Initial Determination does not currently impose any restrictions on the sale of ASUS WiFi and/or router products in the United States, nor does it affect software updates, warranty support, or repair services. The case will now proceed to review by the full ITC Commission.
