KuoWei joined ASUS in 2001 as an R&D engineer and has progressively advanced into key organizational leadership roles, including establishing the Suzhou R&D Center and taking over the SI Motherboard team. This foundation provided him with comprehensive B2B experience spanning components, systems, and enterprise solutions. In 2018, he was appointed to lead the IoT Business Unit at its inception to drive intelligent edge market growth. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the strategic 2023 Intel NUC acquisition. In his current expanded capacity, KuoWei oversees the Infrastructure Solution BG and Data Center Solution BU, driving smart enterprise transformation for the AI-driven era.
