The AI Hub system assistants are customized AI assistants tailored to a specific domain. Users can pre-train them with background information and precise instructions. The assistants work to enhance the overall user experience by optimizing prompts and serving as guides to ensure users get the most out of the Gen AI applications. As of December 22, 2024, AI Hub has had 6,260 unique users, with ASUS employees creating 514 assistants, 1,038 prompts, and 1,893 documents. Over 70% of the feedback so far has been positive, with 54% of users experiencing significant improvements in time efficiency.

The ASUS team is constantly tweaking and improving the AI Hub, adding features to make it even more user-friendly.
