On September 13-14 at IBC 2025, a variety of experienced creative professionals will share their perspectives on the industry in a series of ProArt Masters’ Talks. 

Kevin Shaw, President of the Colorist Society and a Co-Founder of iColorist 
Kevin Shaw is a highly respected colorist, consultant, and instructor, bringing four decades of expertise in color grading for films, TV, commercials, and music videos. He has worked in over 45 countries and has taught at film schools in the UK, Germany, Australia, the USA, Tallinn, and Serbia, as well as for organizations like Apple, Amazon, BBC, CBS, Dolby, Netflix, and Sky. 

Richard Rogers, CEO of Renderboxes Limited

Described by NVIDIA as ‘the virtual DOP, with a hands-on approach, knowing the software, and often building the scenes.’ He also consults with a major media company to redefine the way production is made in the organization, using virtual production.
