ASUS Republic of Gamers Becomes Official Monitor, PC, Laptop, and Peripheral Partner for Remainder of BLAST Premier 2025 Season
ROG Strix XG248QSG Ace gaming monitor selected as the official monitor for the Malta, London, and Hong Kong events

TAIPEI, Taiwan, July 29, 2025 — ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) today announced that the brand has become the official monitor, PC, laptop, and peripheral partner for the remainder of the BLAST Premier 2025 Counter-Strike 2 tournament series. With this partnership, ROG will be providing high-performance monitors for use by players across all match and practice sessions. The three final events on this year’s BLAST Premier calendar are as follows.
- BLAST Premier Bounty S2 – Malta (Studio), August 5–17
- BLAST Premier Open S2 – London (Arena), August 2–September 7
- BLAST Premier Rivals S2 – Hong Kong (Arena), November 12–16
As the official monitor for BLAST Premier, the ROG Strix XG248QSG Ace will be used onstage starting with the BLAST Bounty S2 event in Malta, in August 2025. The XG248QSG features the world’s fastest TN panel, boasting an ultrafast 610Hz refresh rate for supersmooth visuals.
The ROG commitment to esports is evident in its peripherals, including the new ROG Harpe II Ace that has a shape co-designed with pro players, and the ROG Falchion Ace HFX magnetic keyboard ― a rising favorite among CS2 champions. The monitors featured during BLAST are part of the ROG Ace Esports Collection, a lineup that delivers precision, speed, and reliability that esports demands.

ROG will be fully integrated into the BLAST Premier calendar through a comprehensive broadcast and event integration package. This includes visibility via sponsor bars and u-bracket ad placements, along with the creation of bespoke content pieces throughout the season. ROG will also take over the 'Mic’d Up' broadcast segments, spotlighting critical team communications live. Additionally, ROG will have branded booths onsite at both the London Open and Hong Kong Rivals arena events, giving fans a chance to experience cutting-edge ROG gear, firsthand.

ROG will debut as BLAST’s official monitor, PC, laptop, and peripheral partner at BLAST Premier Bounty S2, the first LAN event in its new Malta studio. BLAST Premier Bounty features 32 of Counter-Strike’s best teams competing for a US$500,000 prize pool. The unique prize structure is based on seeding and individual match results and will keep teams on their toes as they strive to secure their full bounty. Eight quarter-finalists will compete in a LAN setting from the BLAST studio from August 14–17.
